Wellbeing in 2021: Global Mobility’s next big challenge
In 2020, wellbeing was arguably the number one HR issue. That’s unlikely to change as we head into 2021. Not only in the face of the COVID-19 crisis, but also to build for resilience in the long term for expats and international assignees. The Worldwide Broker Network, which we are a member of, released an original research report about this topic co-authored with the RES Forum: an independent organization with 1,600 HR members in 45 countries across the globe.
The survey results show how different companies approach wellbeing, and how that approach is supported through Global Mobility policy and philosophy.
