Meijers’ secure mailing with ZIVVER

From now on we use ZIVVER to further increase the security of our e-mail communication. We regularly send privacy-sensitive information by e-mail. With ZIVVER we send confidential information according to the most modern and latest security. This way, only you can read the contents of the e-mail.

What does this mean for you?

You can always count on us, as you are already used to, and the guarantee that only you can read the content of the e-mails. After all, we do not want to share privacy-sensitive information with others. With the protected e-mail sent via ZIVVER, you open a link that ZIVVER sends you. There is no need to create an account.

How do you open a ZIVVER message?

Have you received an e-mail from us via ZIVVER? Then open this message by clicking on the blue link with the text 'View and reply to secure message'. You will see the ZIVVER web page automatically open. You may also need to enter a password or SMS code received from the sender. Would you like to respond to a ZIVVER message?

You read the ZIVVER message on a secure web page that looks like a mail program. You respond to this message from this page. You can then type under the received message. You send your response with the submit button. When a response to this occurs again, you will receive a notification via your e-mail.

Reporting Changes

Please let us know if your e-mail address or telephone number has changed. This way we can continue to communicate with you securely. You can pass on changes to your contact person or via info@meijers.nl.
